I have been told that there is a way to prevent the annoying >>> symbols from inserting themselves in forwarded messages but can anyone tell me how to do this?

I log on as usual after leaving my pc off for a day. I open Outlook Express
6, only to be greeted by a error message involving the comctl32.dll file and
OE closes. I tried 5 times and OE refused to open. I'm using Zone Alarm
Security Suite 6, so I checked Google for similar problems ...

Just recently I have not been able to delete email messages. I highlight
them and click on delete, and nothing. I tried to right click and choose
delete, and this does not work either. Can anyone help me with this????

Somehow my spell checker in OE 6 is French.  When I went into options and
the only language available is French.
How can I add English or fix this?

I have a friend who uses Juno as an ISP. When clicking 'send-receive in
Outlook Express, he gets errors looking for passwords and usernames.. I
checked and what we had in there is correct, so I'm thinking it has to do
with it interfacing thru Juno... is there a documented issue ...

I'm running XP with OE6.
When someone emails me with a PPS attachment and I click on it to open it, I
get the following error: "This file does not have a program associated with
it for performing this action.  Create an association in the Folder Options

When using OUTLOOK, I have a functionality that I can't find in OE :
I'd like to see in a same view, all  unreaded messages stored in my local
folders.
Doe's anyone know the way to obtain the same function in OE ?

I have recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 7. At about the same time my
Outlook Express 6 asked me if it could compact its files. I let it.
The next time I looked my in box folder was empty! (It is receiving new mail).
Looking in the identity folder the 'new/empty' in box is ...

Does anyone know how to get rid of the line at the side of replies and
forwards in Outlook Express?  Or ar least how to interpolate a new line of
text which won't have the damn line at the side?  As it stands, if you try to
insert a comment on a section of the previous, quoted ...

About 2 weeks ago one of my computers started giving me an error when
trying to send mail.  I ca receive mail with no problem, its only
sending through outlook.
The error message is something like this

I am not all that literate on a computer, but I am about to try to move my
OE (and all its folders, addresses, etc.) from my "old" computer to a new
one.
Does anyone have some advice?

In fact, I want to users only using my company's email account under Outlook
Express, others email account will be disallowed. How can I do it ?.
Because I already checked with Group Policy area which is not worked for it.
Maybe I overlook some areas.

Have *.dbx file, in notepad messages are visible in the file, but OE6 cannot
read it.
Tried renaming it to Inbox.dbx.  But OE6 displays empty.
How can I fix this dbx file so OE6 can read it.
