I answered "Yes" when Outlook Express offered to compact my files.   All
messages in the Inbox that were received after 8/7/06 are not there.
Everything before that date is there.   All other folders appear to be okay.
I purchased DBXpress, searched for all dbx files and ran it on ...

I changed the boot disk on my XP system from basic to dynamic. Everything
works fine except that now I can't send or receive email, instead get the
dreaded socket error 10061 every time. Any ideas?

Is there a limit to the number of mail filters I can have in OE6?

How do I automate the sending of an "away an unable to reply message" sent

I have a large file I tried to send.  292198KB. I can't delete it or send
it. They are jpg photos. I thought I reduced them but it did not happen that
way. The fire is in the out box and I have tried to delete and it wont do

I am using outlook express 6.
I constantly getting a pop up from OE6 stating that there is no identity
currently logged on.  The pop up looks just like the log on screen when you
open the OE program.  It is really annoying because it interrupts whatever

I am getting a notice that the system wants to compact my messages in OE to
save space. In the past when I allowed it I lost copies of emails both in
Sent Items and in the Inbox (I do not know what was responsible for that
loss).

When OE starts I get an error message 40008005. To view the inbox messages, I
have to do to the delete folder and then to the inbox to view the new
messages.
