I just recently upgraded from win98 to winxp.
In win 98 I was able to export the Identity reg files to back up message
rules and email accounts. Where do look for these files in win XP?

I created a message rule that says, "Apply this rule after the message
arrives. Where the from line contains Jacsch@aol.com and where the subject
line contains FW: or FWD: Delete it and Mark it as read and Reply with
C:\Thank you, but we don't accept forward.eml" but it deletes ...

I am trying to free up some space on my hard drive by moving emails to a
portable hard drive.  I've move about 2 gb of emails.  But I am still taking
up the same amount of space on my hard drive.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I want to send the same email to different recipients. But I couldn't
find the option line " BCC" that are visible in the web-based Hotmail. Then
I clicked on "Recipients", Still I can not send it to a new-added email
address that are not listed in the contact directory.

I am unable to alter the font size in an outgoing e-mail message.  I have
read several posts to this site dated Oct and Nov with the same problem.  Non

I'm trying to set up OE on a friends PC.  It used to work with Norton
Internet Security which was pre-installed, but since I installed Norton
Internet Security 2006 when the pre-installed 90 day version expired OE
keeps asking for User Name and Password every couple of minutes.

I have connected a wireless router to my PC so I can share the broadband

Can anyone provide some steps on how to export our Outlook Express v6 emails
and address book (from Windows 98 SE) to Mac OS X?
I know that the Address book file is wab and OE is dbx, but I have not found
any info on the MS OE site on best way to move to the various Macintosh OS X

Anyone else having trouble with hotmail? I can't access any hotmail accounts

I am having a problem with outlook express 6.0.  When I sent some messages,
they send, but then they don't move from the outbox to sent items, and I get
an error message which says some errors occurred, see below for details, and
the box below is empty, it's like the error ...

How do I fix this? I have recovered my whole system(this worked initially)
but has stopped working. I have deleted and recreated my username, tried
entering the password, new password. Nothing seems to work???? PLease help.

No matter what i do i cannot create rules that work.
I can create the rule but it won't work.

I have 12 .dbx folder files saved from an older version of Outlook Express
(not sure which one) that cannot be imported into Outlook Express 6 (error
message: no messages can be found in this folder...).  The files were copied
to C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Local ...

I have set up OE on a new PC for a friend who is less PC literate than
