When I select a group of photos in My Pictures and use the Send To feature, it opens Outlook instead of Outlook Express. I've tried the following fixes: 1. Made OE my default mail handler via Tools, Options in Outlook Express.

Can anyone tell me how I can completely remove Outlook Express in Windows XP Professional. When I do it with Software - Remove Programs - not everything is gone then. When I reinstall it, OE still doesn't work.
