When I select a group of photos in My Pictures and use the Send To feature,
it opens Outlook instead of Outlook Express.  I've tried the following
fixes:

I am looking for a solution , from command mode, to send email with
attachments. I mean to write a command (this one exists) but include also

Had installed incredimail a while ago, but it took over my email functions.
It would start itself to open any attachments for me when I was using outlook
express. Went into outlook express 6 options and set it to be the default
