I'm trying to use an html file as a signature, consisting of a name, address

Since installing IE7, using OE6 I get the MSN Logon popup with each message I try to read , or delete (using my ...@msn.com address).  That did not occur with IE6.  
I use Verizon DSL with MSN Premium.  The Logon popup does not occur with my ...@hotmail.com address or my .. ...
