I'm using Outlook Express 5. I'm trying to set it up so that I hide "Ignored" messages. When I look at the hide options, I only see one for hiding "Read or Ignored" messages. How can I show my read messages but hide my ignored ones?

I remember now why I had to uninstall IE7. I am an old hotmail customer and still have the privilege to up and download my OE6 email from their HTTP server. Once I had installed IE7, that became impossible. My pleadings to Hotmail Customer Service remained unanswered.

I am getting two copies of every E-Mail I recieve - along with a message that "Check messages on "MSN" failed - and I am getting four Alert messages of the same alert - How do I stop this from happening - Please, someone out there must know

Is there a way of expanding all messages at once in the newsreader part of OE? I'm doing it manually now by clicking on the topic message then clicking the plus sign. I know there is a keyboard shortcut but one still has to highlight the topic message one wants expanded. Is ...

A client of mine is trying to export all of their contacts from outlook express to whatever format. She can export all of her contact info, but she also wants all of the emails that she has cached in her system that are NOT contacts. Is there any way to do this?

We got this msg & find we can no longer send msgs. Can read ok but not send. Found this msg in the kb but it only applies to win 95 & win98. Tried to reinstall oe but still get the same msg. HELP! TIA

Every time I attach a link to my emails, it does not show as a blue color; it shows as pink or light purple. Thus it is not clickable to go to that link. What can I do to correct this please?

Created a group name of 'some' & created a folder under 'inbox' with name 'some'. Figured input email address in group 'some' would go into folder 'some' under 'inbox'. Must be missing something! TIA
