Upon sending several photos to a friend of mine, I also send 'Cc' to one of
family members who lives same household, but using different computer
running  same XP Home Edition.

The outlook express on an ME machine was working fine until some one played
with the settings. The email is through Fastdial. The pop3 and smtp is
correct. The "My outging server(SMTP) requires authentication." is checked

The title of  only this Newsgroup changed colour from black to red for no
reason. I checked the Newsgroup and there are items highlighted with reading

I have noticed my 'SEND' button in I.E 6 doesn't work and I have to send a
message with the option os 'send later' I close O.E and select do not send
the message because I know when I open it up again it will send it. When
this is done I am getting an error in msimn.exe.

On Windows ME PC, IE 6.0, and Microsoft Updates installed, when I try to send
or receive in Outlook Express it freezes up (not responding). How can I
remove and reinstall Outlook Express? I have checked for viruses, and found
none. I did find and remove spyware.

Is there any way to limit how many messages OE will try to download from
a mail account at any one time?
I get about 300 spams a day, and if I'm away for a few days then there's
a huge backlog to download.  Inevitably, the ISPs server coughs and dies

When I save a message to a folder outside OE, I am unable to read it when I
click on it. It shows an OE icon and OE will open when the msg is click.
However, that's as far as things go.
Ideas, suggestions.

I have two mail accounts in Outlook Express with one being my default.  They
are set up exactly the same.  Every time I get a message I get it twice from
my default.  Evertime I send a message, my 2nd account shows up in my From
line.

Sometimes I get e-mail with pictures that do not show,instead I get a blank
