Using Outlook Express v5, Win98 SE.
I'm in the process of cleaning up a system for use by new user, and having a

Sometimes the Catch Up command operates very slowly.
I setup the same newsgroups from two different NewsServers (NewsGuy and
Comcast(which is really giganews I think)).
When I use the catchup command with NewsGuy it operates fairly quickly.

Is there a utility or another simple way of copying all my accounts,
messages, folder trees, message rules and newsgroups from my current
identity to a new one?

I used to be able to send a .jpg / .jpeg files as an attachment in Outlook
Express 6 and it behaved the same as any other attachment. That is, it was

time.  I've recently upgraded to IE7, and the copying operation ...

I wont to get rid of some standard shortcuts because I am used to different

Outlook Express 6.0 has been working great, until just recently.  Now I am

I notice that with this new OE (using WinXP sp2), scrolling in the preview
pane is very sluggish, as if "smooth scrolling" was turned off.  I do have
"smooth scrolling" turned off in IE, but to no avail.
