How can I export only the Hdr portions of select messages (~100) in a folder to a text file?

I went to 'MS Help and Support,' for reading some of posts/threads
in hopes that I can get some answer/hits for an issue I have.
However, the threads/posts going to only 'December 20th,'
even though I did '510' by accessing, Tools < Option < read,

this is only a test to verify the resulting RTF features, to make sure they work, and to confirm I can post.

Hi, each time I "compact" OE my recycle bin receives a heap of "BAK"
files.(59)
They are copies of the DBX files from the "main identity" (me)
I tested this by compacting four times, and finished up with 4 copies of all

I'm using MS Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180.
When editing a message, the backspace character works fine deleting
characters to the left, but the 'Delete' key is really slow deleting
characters from the right, there are long pauses and it just can't keep up

Just a few days ago I have noticed most of my sent mail is not stored in the
sent mail tab like it always has. Only some messages are making it to the
sent mail box/tab.
