How do I insert background pictures that I can type over for messages?  I
see how to put in stationary but how about a wider selection of pictures?

Despite no changes, when I try to send an email with an .dss attachment an
error message window appears ( but no error message ). OE appears not to send
the message ( but the recipient does get it ) and the messgae goes into the
