The email still sends but wont move from the outbosx to the sent items box
just comes up with warning but no error mmessage.

I tried to export my address book to a text file, but the operation failed.
Any idea why?
I clicked export >> text file >> browse >> [storage for spreadsheet
documents and added file name] >> finish.

I followed the earlier thread on BCC's, but could not find my question. Here it is.
Previously, when using Netscape, which I just traded in for MSOE, it would save my outgoing

Since installing ie7 there have been problems when printing messages. Because
ie7 now defaults to "shrink to fit" when printing, the outlook express
messages have been shrunk when they have large picture attachments as ie7
tries to fit the full picture and text on 1 page.

Well, is there a way to have outlook 2000 notify me when someone has posted
a reply to a thread that I started in a newsgroup. I'm using the newsreader
for outlook 2000, outlook express; outlook 2000 runs outlook express with
the switch, "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" ...

When I view an E Mail in which there is an embedded link to a Web Site, I
cannot click on the link and open it. I can copy and paste it into the
address window in Internet Explorer. What do I have to do to be able to
download the link directly from my E mail.

Is it possible to respond to a message and describe the results when a
suggestion is tried? My experience indicates that communication is only one
way after a message has been posted.

I have IE7 OE6 all fully updated, Winxp pro. Orange ISP. Of late had some
problems getting email from mixed address or sending and some recipients
don't get them via POP3. Some have said my address was blocked and returned

I am using Windows XP Home Edition SP2 with IE7 and OE6.  I receive e-mails
with normal attachments from family, friends, etc.  I select reply so I can
e-mail a reply back with the same attachment I received.
Instead of the same attachment I received, I notice a XXX pic attachment ...

1) I have used Outlook Express V6.00.2800.1123 to collect my hotmail for
years without problems.  Last week, it started not to work everyday and

can receive fine. when I try to send an email directly to myself or CC or BC
I do not receive it in my inbox. The person I am sending to receives it fine.
If I send to my other 4 email accounts from outlook express it works fine. I
can send from another email account to myself ...

I can't receive emails on my OE account but if I go to Comcast messages I can
retrieve my emails. But I want them on OE. the error message reads in part:
Socket error 10061 error no. 800CCC0E -- my ISP says its Microsoft's fault,
Microsoft says its Dell's fault.
