I just transfered my outlook express to a new machine and successfully moved the mail & news accounts as well as all of the folders but I can't find where the message rules are stored. Is there a databse of rules that I can move to the new account?

Hello, Group ! I have been doing some "Spring cleaning," getting rid of unused email accounts from OE. My problem is that I have been unable to delete an AIM account. (Two other AOL-related IMAP accounts were successfully deleted.)

After I reboot, I get sound in appropriate HTML emails. After doing something like starting to forward a message and then canceling it (I'm not sure what in particular), and then going back to the same email, the sound is gone.

To Eric,Bruce,Michael, I am running windows xp,ie 7.0,outlook express. I cannot e-mail attachments,when I try outlook does not respond. I have followed all of the listed advice to no avail. Could this bean ie 7.0 problem?

Every so often someone sends us an email, usually with a picture, which comes out with tiny, unreadable print when I print it. I presume that's so the picture will print. But occasionally other "incomings" will print too small also.

In general I read my mail at the office but sometimes I have to download my messages @ home using a slow dialup connection. Is the any way to filter what messages I want to download (BEFORE actually downloading them): by date, or by size, or any other criteria ?
