The automatic request came up to compact my files. I did so and lost 9 months
of files.  Where did they go? CanI retreive them?

Just stumbled accross your site and so I thought I would ask...
A friend of mine claims that when he has recieved emails in the past that,
as soon as he clicks on the email message, the attachment that is being sent
opens up.

I have a buncha emails I need to send out each day...same message, same
format, same recipients
Is there a way I can save these sent messages in a folder and have just
click on them each day to send them?

I cannot get the Toolbar to display, and when I click on a link in an email
message I get an error message telling me "The installation program cannot
find the script file in which all of the instructions required for
installation have been saved."

I cannot get my MSN mail account to work using Outlook Express.  I was using
just Outlook for awhile, but wanted to switch back to OE if possible.  Does
anyone else currently use OE for MSN mail anf if so, how do you set up the
account?

                      I have Windows XP and I use my hotmail account to
send and receive e-mails but in some cases I have to send it by Outlook
Express but it doesn't seem to work... Is it possible to use both accounts
and if so how can I install Outlook Express. The icon is ...

I've read a lot of these posts hoping to be able to solve my own problem.
Many have been similar but, unfortunately, not close enough to what I'm
experiencing for me to be sure of what I need to do.
To be honest, I don't know if I have a MSN problem or a Outlook Express
