When compose an email, format toolbar will not appear. The user can change
[FORMAT] from menu toolbar only now.
But
-  [Fomat toolbar] has been enabled.

On my main work computer every time I sign into outlook it locks up. It says
receiving mail, I can not do anything and it tells me program is not
responding. On the bottom pane it says no message is selected..but it is over
a recent email with an attachment.
