How/where do I find "Folders.dbx file" in OE6?

I am using a cable modem with 10meg download speed but when I download
messages from alt bin newsgroups the messages seem to download in bursts,
starting and stopping.  Is there some setting within Outlook express or
Microsoft of IE 7 that is affecting the speed.  I have turned ...

I have Windows XP and have created different user accounts.  In my account I
can use Outlook Express perfectly.  But when another family member tries to
use Outlook Express under their user account they can only read mail from the
initial window.  But they can't open the message ...

Oh how I love me pretty emails, and I'd hate to lose them, but I've
left the image downloading option off by default. I've been searching
for reasons and ways my computer can be harmed by turning this option
back on, and honestly haven't found much information on this. How many

How do you stop outlook express 6 asking if it can compact its folders. It
wants to do it every few days and if I say no then it just asks the next
time I use it. (10 min later!) The actual compression takes sometime and can
be annoying when you are busy.

Running WinXP and OE6, with SP2.
Just got an email showing I sent it to myself----from me to me.   Never saw
the content, didn't have anything to do with sending such an email.  It was
spam.

I have a special folder with a word doc attached to each email.
Time to get em out of OE so I can search the contents of the various docs.
All the docs have the same title unfortunately so I can't search by title.

In Outlook Express Ver. 6, address book folders are incorrectly sorted in
the drop down box present in the "Select Recipients" window that is
displayed when the "To:" button in pressed while using the Create New Mail
action. Does anyone know of a way to correct this?

I can't read any messages.  The "Send/Receive" icon on the desktop is grayed
out as is the "Tools>Send and Receive>Receive All" item on the toolbar.  The
only way I can force a read is to Exit and Reactive Outlook Express.
