I have a domain and e-mail address that I've just switched hosting
plans with the same ISP.

For the past 3 days mail being sent goes into the Outbox.  When attempting to
send, the error message I receive is:
A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account:

I'm having a problem with sending mail. The day before esterday I went to my
address book and clicked select all on "My Friends", about 70 names and hit
action, "Send" to send them all an email with a link to another site. No one
received my email. So yesterday I tried it again.. ...

OS is XP Pro. Receiving mail is fine but reply, forward or send fails with an
unknown SMTP error.

I have Win2003 server, all updates downloaded, and IE7 installed
The problem is that OE can not login to the hotmail server, it keeps asking
for the username and password. It doesn't give me any errors it just keep
displaying the login dialog.

I'm trying to combine some rar files that were uploaded in 40 parts each.
Unfortunately parts 1 thru 9 are numbered (1), (2), (3), etc, instead of
(01), (02) and the rest, of course, are numbered (10), (11), (12) which
causes them to be out of order when I try to combine the ...

A client of mine us using OE 6/Windows XP.
Lately, some of her friends incoming e-mails are now being immediately
shunted to the deleted items folder--others appear normally in the
inbox.

I noticed something odd today while perusing my system.  In the root of my C
drive I noticed hundreds of peculiar files, all starting with the letter "S".
Upon further review, if I opened a file, I found a complete copy of an email
message including origin, header header info ...

I have outlook set to ask for a confirmation when the receiver reads his
e-mail from me.
It always does when I send it to individuals.
But when I send it to everybody on our network, it does not, EVEN THOUGH it

How do I configure my laptop to interface with the wireless wa-fi here at the
hotel where I'm staying?

The email wont send, when I try to delite the mail it totally freezes my
system. I have to go to task Manager and close it there. It is using like
275000K in processes in task manager. I have tried disconnecting my router
box, rebooting and trying to delite that way still no luck ...

To days ago, on re-booting after a normal shut-down the previous evening,
Outlook Express showed 2 major master-folders missing from Local folders in the
OE6 display. System is Win XP Pro.
The corresponding .dbx files for the masters and sub-folders are still present

I am with freeserve & have an old em address which is has a long user name
(xxx@abc1.f....co.uk etc). I spoke to Orange today & have been told that the
user name needs to stay but a new em can be created - with a different
section after the @ symbol. I have done this & whilst I ...
