For the last month or so, my OE will not pull in any email unless I restart
the computer and log into my account immediately.  If I restart and someone
else logs in to their account before me, I still have to restart.  Any
suggestions?

Has anyone been hit with the "Spylock" virus?
Need help in removing it.........

As above, how do you get Autocomplete to work!
All the options are ticked under Autocomplete option, but the stupid thing
doesnt ask if I want to save any passwords. It never has.
I've checked Google/Yahoo, but I cant see anything on how to fix it for IE

Hello all any help would be very much appreciated. I was trying to down
export my contact to my Iphone and all hell broke loose!

I have 3 email accounts I want to set up in OE.  One is my Hotmail account
(set as Default).  Another is a Comcast.net account and the other is my work
email account.  When I open OE and messages are downloaded, all the messages
from Comcast and my work account all load into ...

In Documents and Settings ....jpi_cache\file\1.0  ...  there is a list of
1,362 items.  The earliest one is dated May 2003 and the latest is dated Aug
2006.  There are none dated 2007.

When I try to connect to outlook help I get a message that I need to enable
script in my IE 7 browser, I have enabled Avery script I could find, still
no connection, I must be missing something very basic, please help.

I know i could make a backup of my address book, my emails, contacts but,
could i make a newsgroup backup??? i am planning to move and use another
computer, can i save a backup of all my groups i am suscribed in OE

I hae Outlook Express 6 and Windows XP Pro.
I had a hard drive crash and had to format, I managed to rescue the *.dbx
files off the drive before formatting.
How do I now open these or get to work with the new install of OE.

I use OE6 on a XP machine.  I have installed a new modem supplied by my ISP,
Tiscali.  The previous one was elderly and 'fried' in a thunderstorm.  It
behaved seamlessly, i.e. if I was mailing and switched to viewing
newsgroups, it proceeded immediately to download those messages.  ...

i am not getting all of my mail. it is put in spam. but i cant find it
anywhere and cant find where to configure it. sure wish i could locate it. im
using outlook express 6 2004. can anyone direct me please.

After opening oe a few times I have numerous msimn.exe's in the task manager. They dont seem to be using cpu

All of a sudden my Local Folders dont display in the Outlook Bar-only my
Hotmail folders are displayed. AND when I try to copy/move messages from my
Hotmail Inbox the Local  Folders are not displayed in the Copy/Move window?!.
So I cannot copy/move ANY messages!
