When sending email with attachments, the recipients receive multiple copies

I keep getting this message and I cannot send or receive e-mail

When I print e-mail messages, the printed message includes multiple pages of
format code and the message is interspersed throughout the printed material.  
This problem will cause a three line e-mail to print over three or four pages.
How do I prevent this problem?

I looking for message rule to be created for my all incoming mails.

I have tried to instigate "insert signature" with no luck. I have followed

I have Windows Vista Webmail, and recently had to do a full recovery.  When

New messages are not appearing on the list of messages in my Inbox, but if I
