Normal bootup then starting OE is normal.  Charter.net is my ISP.
After a while I get the following message:

This started happening a few days ago, after I made a change to an email
account.
When I launch OE, it opens in the OE folder.  To view my email, I must click
on view new mail.

there...and virtually no posting activity at all.  Since this is also
related to OE I though I'd give it a whirl here.  I am running Norton 360
with the "Add-On pack" containing among other items, AntiSpam.

I can't open PDF or doc files. locks up OE6 and tells me that OE is not
responding.

When I send a message in outlook express it stays in my outbox and resends
every time my systems sends/receives email. The email goes out when I
