Having a problem with my inbox freezing at times. I try to delete a message
and everything freezes and I have to close OE and reopen to delete a message
or view another.  If I click on another message while frozen I get an error
message in the preview pane that say message could ...

My outlook express keeps receiving the same emails over and over even after I
delete them. Any ideas as to how I can solve this problem?

Anyone know what I am doing wrong please? I am trying to move all my mail
and messages to OE on a new computer.
I can get the folders to back up and complete but I cant find the resulting
.dbx files in a search of my hard drive.  Is there some step i am missing

I use OE Newsreader (with the Outlook Newsreader skin) just for news, as I
use Outlook 2003 for everything else.
The problem is I've lost all my content - Subscribed groups, Sent Items,
Inbox etc.  In fact everything except the news servers showing in the left

I use Outlook Newsreader and I'd like to be able to take a copy of whole
conversations to send to my IT consultant.  Sending a link would be even
better, but I can't see how I can do this.
Any suggestions?

I cannot get any sites highlighted in e-mails from outlook express to go to
the pages in internet explorer.  Any idea where the problem might be?

I am using Outlook Express 6 with Windows XP SP2.  I have ZoneAlarm
7.0.337.000 and Norton Antivirus 11.0.16.4 running.  I believe I have all
updates in place for these.  Four days ago I installed about four updates to
Windows XP and an upgrade to ZoneAlarm (from 7.0.332.000).  ...

I am trying to install XP SP2 on a machine using XP Home Edition. I get an
Access Denied message about half way through the install. The setuapi.log
file has 2 error 5 entries:

After 2.5 hours on the phone with earthlink tech support it has been
determined that my Outlook Express 6.0 is corrupt. I would simplylike to find
the site where I can download the software.

I've been experiencing problems with OE6 "trying" to send a post, but they
get hung up in the outbox.
I *do* practice all of Bruce Hagens advice when it comes to keeping OE

I use OE as a newsreader only. Frequently, I will be missing posts in a
thread.
It is set to reterive every 15 minutes.

I used to know how to do this -- at least I think I did-- but memories fade.

Anyway, I am not getting a launch of my IE6 that goes to the desired Web
page when I click on a link in O/E.
