Is there an upgrade download to go from outlook express to outlook 2007

How do you mark an email as spam?  I think there use to be an icon to report

All of a sudden, when we open OE, the oldest message in the inbox is
displayed as opposed to the most recent message.  For example, the messages

When I try to send a photo my message is split into many parts.  I tried to
send a scanned message and it was split into eight parts also.

When exiting outlook I get an error message stating windows closing down with
close programme bar at bottom, this doesn't occurr all the time and has no
effect but annoying what is the cause?

My OE freezes right after starting up. Looks like it's trying to get email
and just freezes. Can't do anything. It just sits there. I've kept up with
updates, so it's the latest version under XP.
BTW, there's no data inside OE that needs to be recovered.

Recently, OE6 lost most of my saved messages.  The Inbox was not touched.
