Am running Outlook Express on Windows XP with latest updates. OE 6 presented
a window asking permission to compact e-mail files. Fortunately, or
unfortunately I let the program perform the operation. Everything seemed to
be ok. When I shut down Windows the operating system failed ...

I see this issue comes up a lot, but I can't find a cause. Every morning my
inbox is empty. All emails deleted. This has occurred since defragmenting my
C: drive and installing Oracle Database 10g Express Edition (though this
might be unrelated).

Can someone in the known tell me whether I can have more then one signature
in the outlook express ?
I have more then one account, some need signature and some don't. However, I

I am receiving messages, but cannot send them. Here's the error message:

I've been compacting my email folders as described in other posts and at
this web site; http://www.insideoe.com/files/maintain.htm and have ensured
that all Outlook Express folders were closed, was working offline (even
switched off my modem too) and shutdown my ZoneAlarm ...

Does anyone know how i set windows mail to be my main mail account. I have
also IM and I want all my mails to come in windows mail. Now there are some
mails in both.

Please help. I get this with every outgoing email etc.
Running WinXP with OE6.

I am using the instert picture(not the attach feature) feature with my OE
6.0, XP Home Edit.
I am not familiar with the alignment and spacing feature.

I was hoping someone could help me understand the function of the "Undelete"

i keep getting a warning message when i try to send an e-mail from outlook
express. i can receive messages ok
i have check the account etc information and all is ok

my oe6 sends the mail in the out box  and disconnects but gives me a error
that says see error below. the error message box is blank. it will keep
sending the email over and over again until i delete the message from the
out box.

When I try to send a picture as an attachment in Outlook Express, it also
pastes a huge copy of the picture in the message itself.  How can I prevent
this?
