When I open Outlook Express, it pops up a window installer to ask me the

I use Coffeecup form builder on my website. When I receive the response
email there are no carriage returns. All other emails have carriage returns
except this one. The replies are all in one line.
Below is how it should look (without the asterisks)

When client send a mail with main text and subject, encode is UTF-8,
