I use Vista and Windows Mail, and since my old times in Internet I had never seen the strange thing that is happening in my mother's computer. (Sorry for my poor English.) She uses Windows XP and Outlook Express 6.

If I reinstall Outlook Express, will I loose my emails? I am unable to reply to any email, it orders me to reinstall, or it just says "There was an error opening this message", and it doesn't open. (Also I don't know how or where to store emails)

Since I installed Windows Prof. 2000, It takes forever to type something, My curser jumps around? I will be typing and look up and the curser is in the middle of the paragraph? Should I DE-install Windows 2000? I need word and Excel, does vista have this Word & Excel?
