OE suddenly said Sent file full & couldn't open - seconds later it opened,
but Sent file empty & all our precious copies had disappeared.
Anyone know if there's a back-up file lurking somewhere in WXP, with them
on, so we can recover them - please?

Running Windows XP Pro SP2 here. Outlook Express is version 6.00.2900.2180.
Outlook Express will *NEVER* find ANY message when I use FIND.  Even if I
search for something common, like "the", there are zero matches.
I don't know how long it's been this way, but I can't seem to fix ...

I just installed IE 7.0 and now links in incoming emails are not working.
If someone includes a hyperlink within the email clicking on it does
nothing.  It displays the URL in the bottom bar, nothing more.  I have
looked at every option available in Outlook Express but nothing ...

I am running OE6, IE7 within XP (SP2).   I have also installed Spybot
S&D and McAfee Security Center (email virus scanning disabled).  My
system is fully patched and I never archive messages in my OE6 inbox
or sent folders.

When I open the email storage folder I see "deleted items" and "deleted
items (2)" which apparently contain some information.  Opening OE shows the
folder as empty.  How do I get OE to display what is in these 2 items?
