On using "empty Deleted items folder" outlook has lost one of my other
folders and all its sub folders.
I have not compacted

 I have a friend who inadvertently deleted a local named folder "Saved
Inbox Mail" that contained a number of local folders under it.
 Is there anyway that I can recover this Outlook Express 6 local folder
that would have these subfolders within it?

My copy of OE does not have the line in the security tab under tools, options, that refers to downloaded images.
How do I get this line included?

I am now responsible for sending out an email.
The previous owner sent everyone an email stating that.
All the email addresses are in the TO: field of the email.
How can I take all of those email addresses and create a group?

How can I fix the problem where the Outlook Express toolbar keeps
expanding to the right while OE is minimized?  This is annoying since

I'm running Windows ME and have used O E for many years.  Lately, when I
open O E and folders download, the deleted, sent and bulk folders open
successfully, but the inbox folder will not open.  I get an error message:

When I do maintenance on my newsgroups I can delete them but when I go to
compact them I get this message 'Thne folder is in use by Outlook Express or
another application' I don't have another application and my wasted space is
