PERMISSION?  I get the message:  "OE removed access to the following unsafe

When COMPACTING folders in OE, I get a pop-error when it's compacting the
INBOX, which reads:
"X This folder is currently in use by Outlook Express or by another
application."

Yesterday I noticed I had not gotten any emails and the only way to
receive or send them is to close out my outlook express and reopen
this.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?
