page and click on browsing to find my Store Directory...I can't find it!

I can't open attachments sent with the messages in the NGs. I can see the
paper clip symbol and when I click on it, the file name is shown as well as
the "save file" option but both grayed out.

How can I change the text of the read notification in Outlook Express? I'm
using a Swedish language version of OE, but all contacts who ask for read
notifications are non-Swedish, so I would like the notifications to be in
English.

Hello, this is strange as I never created a duplicate.  I opened one
identity, let's call it ID1, and saw a list of 21 folders.  I opened the
duplicate, ID2, and it had a list of 19 folders. It would be easy to just
delete the shorter duplicate ...but it gets complicated:

I have looked at this but it seems that hotmail will only forward to other
msn accounts.

I have never been able to use Outlook Express to Rest List of newsgroups.
It gets to about 36,000 and then just stalls.... I have to kill it -

After an XP re-install.  When I click a link in an email, OE freezes for
about 10 seconds and does not open a browser window.

I have looked at the account but the break message option has not been
checked.

Below is my homebuilt computer. I recently did a Clean Reinstall of
everything and have all the latest updates. I am considered savvy about
'puters and curious as to where things are to make it work right.  Still, I
can't figure this one out. Here goes.
