I have Outlook 2003 installed along side Outlook Express. under Windows XP.
An application I use generates OE emails and doesn't  work unless OE is set
as the default email handler at the time.

I can't find a way to change the font that outlook uses to display items in
the in box and folders panes - the standard font is really ugly, but I can
only find a way to change the font in the message preview and message view

For some reason and for about a week now, every e-mail I download in OE
shows the attachment icon, whether there's an attachment to it or not.
Most don't have any, but the icon appears anyway.  It doesn't seem to matter
what account the e-mail came from (I use several).

using OE6, is there any way to view mail but not have it deleted on the
server?

Well I like OEX to use at my Hotmail account. Now since Microsoft thinks I
want the larges Inbox in all the World I won't be able to see my Hotmail
accounts in this application. What a nasty thing to do.  Survival of the
Fittest strikes again.

Had a problem with a disappeared Outlook.pst folder today...

I did something recently that lost all but a few of my OE files in one
folder. I had backed up all of OE with OEQB, so I followed the direction
that I think I got here--but something didn't work.
In OE, I clicked on File | Import | Messages. I selected Microsoft Outlook

Currently, I'm using OE to communicate via NGs, but do not need it to
download mail. How do I prevent that?

I'm subscribing to a NG whose list size has suddenly shrunk. Originally it
showed about 80 entries, and now it shows two. I unsubscribed and started
again, but still see the last two. Any ideas how to see back further in the

I have recently installed AVG. When I send an email from OUTLOOK EXPRESS, I

I know I can copy each individual OE message to a WORD document -- or copy
several messages one at a time to the same WORD document, but can I convert
all the messages in a folder, for example, to a WORD document in one
operation?  It's a hell of a lot easier (for me!) to work ...

I cannot open Power Point applications.  It wont recognise the extension.
What can I do to fix this?

HELP!!  One of my family members uses Outlook Express 2003 (?) and each and
every single time that she sends me e-mails that have pictures attached, each
picture is sent as a seperate e-mail.  Everyone has told her that she needs
to find out what is going on, but she is not ...

As my wife and I do not get much in the way of email (sad, I know!), I have
set up a single email account which is used by both of us. I have done this
by setting the Store Folder as
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Outlook Express

I have a Live Mail issue I need to put out to the masses, but can't seem to
find a MSFT forum for that program. Anyone know where I could find one?
