Hi, I have Outlook Express 6 and it has been trouble free for many years. However today I have had problems. When I try to open a link in any email the entire program freezes and I have to ctrl/alt/del to close it and then restart OE6. The same thing happens when I try again.

Can attachment(s) be kept while doing "reply all"? It is automatic in "Forward" though.

My Outlook Express is acting weird, when I open a email sometimes I get all crazy jibberish and then close it and reopen it and it's fine. is there a way to reinstall outlook express???

For some reason any newsgroup message (such as this one) that I want to send will not post if I just click on the SEND tab while I'm in the newsgroup. I have to switch up to the Inbox and then click SEND, sometimes more than once, to get the message on it's way. Any ideas for ...

Outlook express accepts .pdf, .jpg and lots of other fily types, but will not accept .doc items. They just do not appear as an attacment. I have unticked the "Do not allow..." in Security Options. What else do I need to do?

I've started using an old computer, about 10 years old with Outlook 2003 and Windows XP. It is pretty slow. It seems to take forever to receive and send email (even though my IP is broadband). If I set up Outlook Express will it run faster?

I keep getting the error below when I start Outlook Express. I have to open Internet Explorer and delete the .temp files and go back and reopen Outlook Express. I have Internet Explorer set to delete the .temp files upon closing. I have Office Outlook Express 2002 installed.

My old PC (XP, SP2) stored my Inbox.dbx, Outbox.dbx and all my 'Local Folders' with my news and mail messages to a folder named 'Messages' , which I saved to a flash memory stick, so that I could transfer it to my new PC (also XP SP2, but a Media Center machine).

After an earlier crash in XP I couldnt find its e-mail and my own @accounts, with the disk as slave, those files was visible again when that XP was repaired. Now after another crash I like to copy all before repairing. Emails arent

Where are they to find, my own mailadresses (not e-mail *.dbx), for copying without import/export? I can find almost all in search only direct in one USB-stick, on search in alla files are less found, where are they in Explorer and DOS/consol?
