In Windows Mail, if I don't use an email address ever week or so Windows mail
does not remember the address and I have to type it in manually. Any ideas on
how I set W. Mail to remember the address longer than one week.

I get attachments sometimes that will not open and the program says no
accompanying program w/attachment and tells me to go to options and set
up temporary file. How do I do that

Outllook is not sending messages, however, is receiving them. I have checked
with my provider and my account configurations are OK. They say the problem
