Why cant I download more than 512 parts in OE newsgroups ?

sometimes outlook express won't let me open an email.  I get the following
message:
"This file does not have a program assciated with it for performing this
action.  Create an association in the set associations control panel."

Does Outlook (2002) support groups of contacts a la MS OE Address
Book? Or does it only have Distribution lists?  I have a large list of
contacts and I'd like to organize them into groups.

I just learned how to backup OE files on a cd-r, but when I backed up on the
second cd I wondered if it just burned the same files over again. I've been
playing them each and trying to find out if there was anything different on
either one that would tell me if they were the same ...

Using OE on a brand new computer. When I go to tools/options/spelling the

OK!!  After the upgrade to Outlook 2007, which imports messages, folders,
etc... just fine, I recieve all messages again.  I have the OE settings
turned on for "keep a copy of messages on the server", and "remove from
server when deleted from deleted items".  The server is IMAIL8 ...

I don't have any problems using Windows Live Mail to receive and send e-mails
to AOL server via IMAP
However, for some reason, I can only get Outlook and Outlook  Express to
receive e-mails from AOL server via IMAP

The spell checker on my OE changed to French and I cannot change it back to
English in the Options section.
This happened after I downloaded the new Office Home and Student programs.
Any ideas how I can get my English spell check back?
