Running XP. This started a few weeks ago. Not sure if it is an OE "problem" or some configuration in my PC somehow changed.

Each time I open oe, I must go to "send/receive" and click on "mail.psyber.com(default)" which is my default mail server in order to allow access to my e-mail. Once i do this it immediately downloads my mail. actually I must do this everytime i want to get new mail whether or not ...

Is it possible to import Outlook Express messages wholesale into Outlook 2002 and maintain the existing folder structure? Also, can I do the same with the address book? Thanks,

How does one set up out-of-office reply so that the subject line that get's sent back to recipient says "out-of-office reply"? Not just the content of the email? There may not be a way with OE - but any other XP program?

I went to tools - Options - Maintenance and tried everything but I can't seem to clear the number of posts listed after various newsgroups. I followed this help To increase disk space by deleting stored newsgroup messages

I have two systems both using OE with the same isp. my system is not receiving e-mails from the isp the other system works fine. i have e-mails at the isp ready to be downloaded (i can go there through web mail). i have tried all the different options on "authentication etc."

I subscribed to Microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vb and downloaded all of the messages. I then marked all messages as read, which seemed Ok. Now, when I mark all messages as read, the news group is flagged as having 20 unread messages (name of the group is in bold and has (20) ...
