transfer messages that have a Spam Score above a certain level?

I don't want to compact my messages (I have relatively few) so how do I stop

is called Temporary.dbx.  I created a new local folder in OE called

I am having difficulty opening attachments with the ".email" in Outlook

OK, OE will not remember my password. I go to OE - tools - accounts - acct -  
servers - enter the password - check 'save the password'.
Next time I try to seend a message OE asks for the password.
