I'm getting an error message when attempting to create mail in outlook
express 6.  Message basically says OE incorrectly configured and that i
should  reinstall.  OE functions normally otherwise.  Currently running XP.
How do I reinstall.

Some time ago, I never had any trouble forwarding emails that have
attachments such as PowerPoint presentations.
More recently at least half of the ones I forward reach the addressee with
no attachment.

I use Mozilla for mailing and wish to use outlook express for newsgroups,
but unable to access OE.

When the number of posts is larger than can be contained in the window,
the mouse wheel scrolls up and down but when the window is not full, the
scroll causes a left-right motion. It is only a minor nuisance but I
would rather not have the left-right shift. Is there an options or ...

I have several folders and messages in windows mail (vista) and I need them
in my OE under xp. Can I use an "export and import" feature or any work
