I'm trying to install Longhorn as a guest os in virtual
pc 2004. The install is EXTREMELY slow (6 hours just to
get to the detecting hardware), and now it just sits here
harddrive churning away, seems to still be running...

Today I installed eMbedded Visual Tools in one of my VPC Development images.
The installation went smoothly. The system runs fine.
But when you try to compile a solution, after the compilation is complete it
says, "Starting Emulator Startup Server" and displays a progress indicator.

Has anybody managed to get a wireless 802.11G NIC card to
work using Virtual PC 2004? Would love to hear about it
if so. I am trying to run Windows XP.

Does anybody know if either Virtual Pc 5.2 or 2004 can be
used with RIS? I was not able to find a setting within the
BIOS of Virtual PC to use PXe. Is there an updated BIOS
that would allow the use of PXe?
