I installed W2K3 on a VPC virtual machine.
No sound.
Device Manager says the audio card is "Sound Blaster 16",
but no driver has been found.

I'm prototyping a Windows 98 system installed as a guest running some
old DBASE programs using a MS-DOS prompt session in full screen mode.
The customer is accustomed to leave the full screen DOS prompt open
and returning to the desktop by hitting the Windows logo key and when

we all know that VPC2004 does not yet work with the
Athlon.  i have ordered a new machine with Athlon64 FX-51
(64 bit CPU) and am wondering if anyone (Microsoft?) has
tested this processor?  while they're fixing the Athlon

I capture of the mouse works quite well when operating
with the real PC's mouse/keyboard, but when using RDC to
access the host PC, the mouse is slow and displaced to
the point of being useless.

One of our client has got a server IBM bi-processor (2x
PIII 1000, Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP2). But one of
the applications on this server crash, and the company

I would like a VPC for video games only. I know it would

Is the reason known why MS decided to not allow mapping
of network drives into virtual drives?  This means you
cannot get access to network data that your host system
can access.

I'm trying to boot from a dos disk on an XP machine using
virtual PC. My dos boot disk fails to find my Intel
100/Pro+ NIC card.
