In the help files for VPC 2004 it makes several mentions
of a disk utility that must be run to see any benefits to
using Virtual Hard Disk Compaction as follows:
o You must run a disk utility program to zero the deleted

I have VPC 2004 installed and working fine with a virtual
XP O/S. I also installed Linux Redhat 9 without any
problem but when Linux boots and switch to graphic mode,
my display goes wild. It sets itself in 1600x600. I have

I installed VPC trial version on a win2k system.  I setup
a new virtual machine and successfully installed an OS in
it.  When I was finished, I saved the VPC state.  After

If I enter under Real WIN98 clean install

NIC. When I select Networking to see the list of NIC

After installing MVPC 2004 from MSDN, I created a VPC
with XP Pro... then after a few hours of running the VPC
I got a message saying I should update MVPC with latest
patches to gain performance. The message said go to menu
