Can VPC handle clustering? I have only used VMWare to cluster Windows 2000 and 2003 Servers with Exchange and SQL - can VPC do the same?

I have it almost ready to go, I just need to know what graphics driver I am supposed to use. On my last install, I used the default one and couldn't see the display. Can someone please fill me in here real fast?

Would I be able to bring up a machine in Microsoft "English" then bring it up in another language, say "German" - would I need a separate license for each installed language?

I am running a laptop with Windows 2000 pro, and I installed Windows 98 as the virutal machine. I was hoping that Virtual PC would allow me to run this old DOS program (Lotus 2.4!), but I'm having problems getting it to work.
