I've got a Windows 2000 VPC VHD that I would like to compress. The help indicates that a "Zero-Out" tool should be run before doing the compression. I have a recent copy of CyberScrub, but am not sure if that provides the type of zeroing that the help talks about.

In Virtual PC 2004 is annonced that before you compact the virtual hard drive, you must zero out free space on it with a third-party tool. Whitch tool is preferd to compact the virtual hard drive? Thanks all.

I have my Virtual Drives off on my D: drive, but VPC keeps putting the undo disk info in the MY Documents/My Virtual PC directory which causes problems for backups. How do I get VPC to put teh undo info on teh D: drive

I am having some difficulty getting netware 6 to load a lan driver in virtual PC. I see that the emulated LAN card is a DEC 21140a. Does anyone know where I can find a netware lan driver for it?

I've just installed WinXP+SP1 under VPC2004. It detects the card as an S3 Trio but with only 4MB even though the VPC Properties for the session say 8MB. Any ideas?

When I start VPC instead of loading Windows XP an error message appears that says, Stop: c0000218 Registry File Failure. The registry cannot load the hive: systemroot\system32\config\SAM.

Is there any way to install Virtual Machine Additions in the demo version?? I do not have the VPC CD. I am limited to only one CD/DVD Rom drive, how do I add a second one??? Does anybody know??
