I have setup the Host and the guest using the loop-back in both cases. I have assigned static IP for each loop- back adapter. Pinging the guest from host and vs. returns the "request timed out".

I have a MSDN Univ sub. If I have Office 2003 installed on my host/primary machine can I install it on a Virtual PC in order to do some testing? If I activate it will it be considered the same PC or a new one? Physically it is on the same machine.
