I'm a bit confused with installation.  I first installed Win XP Pro on my
C:\Main.  Then I installed Virtual PC.  IS that correct?  Do you have to
have a base system first?

I have VPC2004 and am running XP SP2rc1 which all
works just fine. I cannot get the Visual Studio .NET
suite to install as the Installer fails to detect the

What I want to do is have a virtual PC with a couple of Win XP Pro and MS
Office running.  One would be for my daughter, so she can learn about

I have tried to twice to install VPC 2004 on my dell Latitude D600. Both
times I get a blue screen upon install and then each reboot that is
bad_caller_pool and then it reboots.  I am at a lose as how to troubleshoot
this issue. Any ideas?

Ok.  I'm stupid.  I installed VPC 2004.  Then I installed
Server 2003 and XP Pro.  I setup DHCP and DNS on my
server.  I cannot seem to figure out how to network the
two together.  I have the server setup with a static IP
windows nt4 server as guest on  virtual pc21 May 2004 21:55 GMT5
when i try to install windows nt4 server in a virtual-pc-
session i've got a bluescreen.
irq-less-or not eqal  and  hal.dll

When I try to install windows 95 OS from the windows 95
cd nothing happens. I just keep getting the
message "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert
Boot Media in selected Boot device." I looked in the help
