I have read recently that Windows 98 has a problem when running on machines
with 2Gig+ CPU's.  Would this same problem arise if  the host machine had a
2Gig+ processor and Windows 98 was running as a virtual machine?

I've just recently installed Virtual Machine on my XP box, the installation
ran beautifully without errors and I was able to make a Virtual HD,  the
problem is when I run VM on my box it locks up.  The only way to get out of
it is to manually reset or power cycle my machine.
