drive which points to a base drive i.e. 3 files linked
together to form one guest OS.

I'm looking for some suggestions on the best route to
take.  We have a small NT 4.0 domain ( single domain )
that we will be upgrading to Windows 2003 Active

The hotfix from Microsoft PSS, Q833506 didn't solve the following problem:
I installed virtual pc 2004 onto a pc Athlon win2000 pro. At the end of the
installation, that takes few time, I created the first vm, than starting it
the computer hangs with blue screen:

When I try to install Windows NT 3.1, it goes alright up
until the graphical portion of setup, then I get an error
message that says "Cannot install on current processor",
then the machine shuts down and on the next restart goes

Are there any plans to add PXE support to VPC?  FYI, VMWare 4.5 has added
this feature. It would be handy to installation of PQ drive images.

Why doesn't VPC 2004 make it dead nuts simple to create a new VM based on
another VM?  That is, it would copy the VHD and VMC file over to a new
directory and change the name of the VHD and VMC files appropriately to

to reboot my Win95 in MS DOS to run this application.  I
am at a point where I have to purchase a new PC and am
