OK, so I installed VPC 6.1 on a G4 running Panther. I start up VPC, it
prompts me to create a PC, which I do manually because I have the XP CD.
Now I start up the virtual machine and it says "OS not found. Install an OS on
this hard drive". OK, fine. I put in the XP CD and...now ...

For all my guest OSes, I've always save everything
(settings, hard disks, save states and undos) on an
exeternal hard disk. Now I've just transferred my copy of
Virtual PC to a new PC, and when I try to rebuild all

When I work with virtual pc,  the instance usually runs at a good speed (of
course a little slower, than the "mother-os" on the "real"-pc).
But sometimes I wonder, why several tasks take a such big amount of time,
that I begin to worry, if the program does its job in a correct way:
