I use a virtual pc with Windows XP. A smartcard reader (Omnikey
CardMan 2011) is connected to the serial port.
Normally the system recognizes the reader but not in the virtual pc.
Com1 and com2 are set to use the physical serial port.

when I tell VPC to connect to the physical CD, the boot program only provides
options to install Windows 2000. The Windows 98 install files are there in a

only supports 3.5" and using the 360k images captured doesn't work (lock ups,

Is it possible to have a virtual PC running with a different time/timezone

Server 2003 on my virtual machine.
I installed the Microsoft loopback adapter on the host, and configured it
