I just ran visual c+ toolkit on VPC running on powerbook G4 & panther on some

I've read the related posts on this, but here is my issue:
1. I create a new Virtual Hard Disk with the default settings
2. The disk grows to ~ 4G and then says it is out of space
3. I extract the disk to its full size
