Running Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 on Windows XP  SP2 host and Warp 4

I've got Win XP Pro SP 2 VM w/ Office Pro 2003 (all patches to date) with a
shared folder to my host, also Win XP Pro, but no SP 2.  Both VM and host
using NTFS.
