I'm trying to install Suse 9.1 onto my laptop to build skills with Linux. When I get to the YAST screen it is failing to find the software in order to install the o/s. Any attempt to link the O/S to the Yast screen results in terminating the installation. Help.

According to MS Knowledge Base Article 884130, MS VPC 2004 is listed a having problems with SP2. Has this been fixed? Is there a workaround? Is there an update (to VPC 2004)? If there is an update to VPC 2004, how does one find & download it?

Installed VPC on a winXP SP1a, PIII 450, 512MB. Created a VM for winXP, disk1 has 7GB, disk2 has 1.5GB (both fixed size), the partition containing the HD files is an NTFS partition. The VM gets 200MB of RAM.

When running in window mode, I can not seem to get rid of the horizontal and vertcal scrollbars. And it is very annoying b/c not all of the window is displaying. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have a virtual PC setup with VB6 and presently the mouse scroll works with the MS fix Mouse wheel Addin dll. However when I switch to SDI environment in VB6 the mouse scroll stops working in the IDE. Another thing is the mouse scroll does seem to work in VBA as well.
