When you install the additions on Windows 98, VM Additions places
a unicows.dll in c:\windows\system and consequently makes this dll
available to all programs on the system.
This is a *really* bad thing to do since it makes a VPC very different

I am trying to get a local network setup for a number of VPC's with internet
access from my host PC. The local network is working fine but I can not get
shared networking to give me internet access.
I can however get internet access if I specify the actual local adpater but

i had some trouble get the virtual services driver to startup and manually
did it.
what is the version number of the new virtual driver services.
